General Terms and Conditions:
- Lounge access is unlimited and complimentary only for the Primary and Supplementary Card members of the eligible Doha Bank Al Riyada VISA Infinite, Visa Platinum and MasterCard Titanium Lulu Doha Bank Card members.
- Access to all lounges is on presentation of the eligible Doha Bank Credit Card, the Lounge will require the cardholder to present the credit card.
- Lounge access will be discontinued if the credit card is cancelled / blocked/ or downgraded.
- Each airport lounge shall be entitled to request and require an eligible credit cardholder to remove accompanying children from the lounge in the event that the children are noisy, unruly, or a nuisance to other lounge users.
- It remains at the discretion of the lounge’s management, which may refuse entry of children without explanation.
- Individual lounge terms and conditions apply.
Terms & Conditions specific to Al Riyada VISA Infinite credit card only
- Access to Lounge Key along with one guest free of charge.
- In case of additional guests, a fixed rate of $27 at Lounge Key is applicable per visit per person.
- Access to ORYX Lounge along with one guest and one child free of charge.
- Children below 3 years of age at ORYX lounge shall be allowed to enter select lounges along with an accompanying eligible credit cardholder.

Terms and Conditions – Veloce Lounges
- Access to Veloce Lounges applicable to card member only.
- Participating Veloce Lounges are subject to change anytime. Customers are advised to visit the respective lounge service website for updated airport lounge locations prior to travelling.
- Children below 2 years of age in case of Veloce Lounge shall be allowed to enter select lounges along with an accompanying eligible credit cardholder.
Terms and Conditions – Lounge key
- Complimentary access to card member only.
- In case of guests, a fixed rate of $27 at Lounge Key is applicable per visit per person.
- Visa Platinum credit card members can enjoy only 6 free airport lounge visits within 12 months.
Terms & Conditions specific to MasterCard Titanium Lulu Doha Bank credit card
- Airport lounge access is valid for cardholder only.
- Free access granted to children is at the discretion of individual lounges.
Important Notice:
Your service experience as a Doha Bank card member is very important to us. Therefore; in order to avoid any inconvenience during your travel we have ensured that you can continue enjoying your current Priority Pass card till January 31, 2017 without any hassle. Therefore; you are requested to discontinue usage of your priority pass card starting February 1st, 2017.
