Terms and Conditions

1. The offer below is open to all Doha Bank Visa Signature and Infinite cardholders who spend £ 1,000 or more in a single transaction (when using their Doha Bank Visa Signature and Infinite Card) in-store at the Harrods Knightsbridge store between 15 October 2022 and 15 December 2022.
2. Qualifying Customers to visit Harrods “Customer service” on the Third Floor with their Doha Bank Visa Credit Card and eligible receipt to receive their voucher.
3. Qualifying Customers will be eligible to select one of the following Harrods Experience vouchers:
   • – Cut & Blow-Dry with an Elite Stylist at the Harrods Hari & Beauty Salon.
   • – Afternoon Tea for Two at The Harrods Tea Rooms.
   • – Three-Course Meal for Two at the Grill.
   • – Lunch set for Two at Angelo Musa.
   • – Three Course Meal for Two at the Harrods Social by Jason Atherton, or together the “Vouchers”.
4. Qualifying customers must book in advance to redeem the vouchers. Bookings are subject to availability and must be made (i) by visiting or calling Harrods Customer Service on (+44) 020 7730 1234 or (ii) via the contact details noted on the voucher.
5. The Vouchers will expire on 31 December 2022. Any Voucher not redeemed by the stated date will be forfeit.
6. General booking terms and cancellation policies apply to the Vouchers. Please see www.harrods-experiences.com/gift-terms-and-conditions, the FAQs on harrods.com or ask in-store for details.
7. This offer may only be redeemed once during the offer period and Vouchers are limited to one per primary cardholder. Vouchers may only be redeemed by the primary cardholder.
8. Qualifying Customers will be required to present the original Voucher at the time of redeeming the offer. Copies, pictures and/or duplications of the Voucher will not be accepted.
9. Harrods reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions to substitute the Vouchers for a voucher of equal or greater value or to cancel this offer at any time at its sole and absolute discretion.
10. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed, refunded, re-sold or exchanged for cash or any other product.
11. Harrods and Doha Bank will not be responsible for any adverse effects occurring as a result of a qualifying customer’s use of this offer including without limitation, any allergic reactions, of for any other loss, damage, or injury suffered or incurred by the qualifying customer.
