1. To access the App, you need to download Doha Bank ENTERTAINER from the app store onto your smartphone by clicking on the Activation link sent via SMS.
2. Just sign-in if your email ID has an existing account with ENTERTAINER, enter your credentials.
3. If your email ID is new to ENTERTAINER, simply tap ‘Register’ and create an account.

There is a number of ways to see which merchants are available in your App.

1. Select a category on the App home screen and the offers available will appear, if you have allowed the App access to your location these will show the merchants by proximity.
2. Use the search bar – On the home screen you can search by Name or key word.
3. For more specific search you should enter the category of your choice and use the search bar and filters available.

Making a redemption through your App is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Here’s how it goes:

1. Tap on the offer you want to redeem.
2. Ask the merchant to enter their PIN.
3. The merchant will then note down the redemption code from the App and apply the discount to your bill.

To redeem an offer at one of our awesome hotel partners, you have 2 options:

1. Use the e-mail icon on the hotels page in the App and send a booking request.
2. Call the hotel directly and advise them that you have Doha Bank ENTERTAINER App 2-for-1 offer and would like to make a booking.

The hotel will give you the best available rate for your booking.

Doha Bank ENTERTAINER App products are valid until 31^st of December 2023, excluding public holidays and other specific days – all of which are mentioned in our Rules of Use within the Doha Bank ENTERTAINER App.

Our offers have very few restrictions on the times or days when they can be used. They are valid throughout the year, excluding some key public holidays and exclusions. Please see the Rules of Use for more information on which public holidays are listed for your location

There are 3 offers for each participating merchant, which can either all be the same offer or three distinct offers.

A maximum of 4 offers can be used at one time, regardless of which product the offers appear in. You can use 1 offer per 2 people and a maximum of 4 offers for 8 guests. In most cases, you must be using 1 offer for at least 2 persons visiting with any of our merchants – Beauty & Fitness offers which may be redeemed both times by the same person.

The Doha Bank ENTERTAINER App is available in English for all regions and countries. It is also available in Arabic.

You can change your phone settings to the language you prefer. For example, if you want your App in Arabic, go to your phone’s settings and change the system language to Arabic.

Doha Bank ENTERTAINER App members can now only sign in to their account on one device at a time. Should you sign in to your account using a second device, you will automatically be signed out of the other.

If you forget the password for your Doha Bank ENTERTAINER App account then simply click / tap on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the website or App. You will receive an e-mail from us with detailed instructions on resetting your password.

To redeem offers from the App you will need either a Wi-Fi or 3G connection. This is so your account can be updated and your redemptions removed from the available offers in real time. This means that if you are sharing the mobile product with a friend or relative, you will be able to see the offers available in real time.

The merchant will also receive an e-mail once a redemption is made, this enables them to honor the offer and apply your discount as it verifies the redemption.

Yes, you can cancel the redemption at any point until the teller successfully enters their merchant PIN. However please note that a completed redemption cannot be reversed. We are unable to reinstate mobile offers within the Doha Bank ENTERTAINER App.

If you need to retrieve the redemption code to give to the merchant from your App please follow the below steps”

1. Select the profile symbol at the bottom of the screen (Last icon on the right).
2. Select the setting icon.
3. Under “My History“ Select “Redemption History”.
4. Click on the offer you wish to take the number from.

Yes, when you successfully redeem an offer you will see an estimate of how much you have just saved. If you go to the ‘Savings’ tab within the App menu you will see the total amount of estimated savings you have made since using your Doha Bank ENTERTAINER App.

To change the currency shown

1. Select the profile symbol at the bottom of the screen (last icon on the right).
2. Select setting icon.
3. Select edit account.
4. Select my information.

Go to the merchant details screen and you will see all the offers available for that merchant. You will see how many are available, how many are locked and how many have already been redeemed.

When you redeem an offer it will show as redeemed at all locations for that merchant. Once you have redeemed all offers for a merchant, all locations will be locked.

Yes, validity and Rules of Use are contained within the Offer Screen as well as within the Account section.

You can currently only redeem one offer at a time within the App. So if you want to redeem 4 offers at the same time then you need to go through the process 4 times with the teller and he / she will then produce your bill with the total discount applied.

The spa will accept your redemption in the normal way and then provide you with a certificate which you need to present the next time you visit the outlet. The certificate will contain the exact details of the complimentary treatment or service. You may use the certificate for:

• Another complimentary treatment for yourself during your current visit or to extend your treatment.
• A complimentary treatment for your family member or friend to use during your current visit.
• A complimentary treatment or service at a later date but before the expiration date of your product.

Yes, you can share through any communication medium, however, the current user will be logged out of current device if someone else uses their login on a different device.

You will need to contact Doha Bank Customer Service for the SMS to be resent to your registered mobile number.

You can CANCEL a booking directly in GETAWAYS (there is a My Booking section on the home page, you can click on it and then they can cancel your booking. However; for any change to the booking, you need to email us on our customer service at dohabank@theENTERTAINERme.com we will address your query within 48 hours.

For ENTERTAINER getaways yes you will receive an email. However, for bookings made via ENTERTAINER go, you will see the tickets purchased appearing directly in the My Tickets section of the App after the booking.
