How to Earn Global Cashback

  • Step 1: Log on to your DBank Online account.
  • Step 2: Click on DOHA MILES banner on your Accounts page which will route to “My Profile” tab.

  • Step 5: Browse and Select Offer.
  • Step 6: Click on “Get Offer”.

Option 1: Single Sign-On feature on DBANK online:

  • Step 1: Log on to your DBank Online account.
  • Step 2: Click on DOHA MILES banner on your Accounts page which will route you to “My Profile” tab.

Option 2: DOHA MILES website:

You need to activate yourself on the portal. Activation is a very simple, three-step process:

  • Step 1: Visit www.dohamiles.com, click on ‘Activate’ and enter your Qatar National ID number, Mobile Number and Date of Birth. Successful validation of two of three information points will prompt a One Time Password (OTP) generation and will be sent to your registered mobile number and email address simultaneously.
  • Step 2: Input the One Time Password (OTP) received.
  • Step 3: Activate your account by setting up your login ID and password.
  • Step 4: Login with your User ID and Password.
  • Step 5: Click on “Earn Cashback”.
  • Step 6: View exclusive and global cashback offers by clicking on “View cashback Offers”.
  • Step 7: Browse and Select Offer.
  • Step 8: Click on “Get Offer”.
  • Step 9: Purchase the offer as a standard e-commerce transaction with your Doha Bank credit or debit card.
