Direct Presentation – this service allows the selected exporters to seek cover letter from the bank by submitting copy documents to the bank for vetting. Upon receipt, the client can send the LC / Collection Documents directly to the Confirming / Issuing Bank.

Document Preparation (DOCPREP) – this service facilitates the customer to outsource the preparation of first party LC / Collection Documents to the bank. On a case to case basis, the bank may agree to follow up on third party documents under this service.

Document Pre-Check – this service is preferred for various reasons including but not limited to, avoid sending the documents multiple times (in case of discrepancy) to the bank, losing time in courier, or document being of high value trade.
