We are pleased to announce a special postponement offer for our valuable customers in the spirit of the Eid celebrations.
We understand that the celebration of Eid can be financially challenging for our customers. We want to help alleviate this burden by offering our customers the option to postpone their installment payments, so they can focus on their religious obligations and enjoy the festivities of Eid without worrying about their finances. During this special offer, customers can postpone their monthly installment FREE OF CHARGE through online and mobile app and will be available for the whole month of June 2023.
Terms and Conditions
- Postponements applied through Online or Mobile banking will be free of charge.
- Postponements applied through the Branch will have a standard postponement fee of QR 50.
- Offer available only for customers eligible for postponement as per the Bank’s existing policies.
- Postponement request should be submitted before the salary is credited or before the maturity date of the loan installment.

Interest Calculation (APR):
- Commencing from the Loan Date, interest shall accrue on the Loan on a daily basis at the relevant Interest Rate and will be capitalized to the Loan Amount at the end of each month.
- Interest will be calculated as per following formulae. The Daily Balance of the Loan X Total Annual Rate X (1/360).
- Every payment made after the due date will result in additional interest accrual on loan.
- Where a Grace Period applies or where the Customer is granted a postponement in respect of an installment, interest on the relevant Loan shall continue to accrue and will be capitalized to the Loan Amount at the end of each relevant month.
