Terms and Conditions

1. Membership is available to persons over 18 years of age. Membership provides the member non-resident membership privileges at all clubs that form the IAC network, which are located more than 200 kilometers from the member’s place of residence.
2. The member is required to present his / her IAC membership card at the Associate Clubs that he / she is visiting and to pay for all charges for the consumption of food and beverages, usage of facilities, purchase of goods at the pro-shops and any other charges for which the Member is liable prior to departure from the club visited.
3. Registration is requird to receive the Membership. Membership can be applied for by calling the Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge.
4. Membership pack will be sent by mail directly to the cardholder within 6-8 weeks.
5. Cardholder should call in advance to ensure there is capacity.

YQ is a global network providing arrival / departure and transit services at over 400 airports globally.

As a Doha Bank Private Banking Visa Infinite Privilege Credit Card holder, you are entitled to complimentary meet and greet services at 16 key destination including London, New York etc. and 25% discount at all other locations.

The offers include:

• Bookings should be made at least 48hrs in advance of the service by calling the Visa Infinite Privilege Concierge. Bookings less than 48 hours in advance may incur an additional charge.
• Complimentary service is available only for the Cardholder. Additional accompanying guests, are charged at 25% discount on standard rates.
• Fast Track may be included in some locations if the airport authority allows.
• The list of destinations where the cardholder receives complimentary service is as follows: Munich, Rome, Paris, Istanbul, Dublin, Frankfurt, Geneva, Cairo, Kuala Lumpur, Nice, London, (LGW & LHR), NYC, Los Angeles, Madrid & Mumbai. This list is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Unlimited Chauffeur Services, offered as follows:

1. Cardholders booking first class airfare through concierge using their Visa card will receive a complimentary one way trip in a first class car; cardholders booking business class will receive a business class car.
2. This service is for one ride only per trip booked, either from the airport to the affiliated city center / central business district, or from the city center / central business district to the airport.
3. Driver will wait for up to 60 minutes from landing time at the airport. Longer than this, and the cardholder may be subject to additional cost.
4. Driver will wait for up to 15 minutes from in city pick up time. Longer than this, and the cardholder may be subject to additional cost.
5. Cardholder must be travelling to avail the complimentary service.
6. Any excess mileage or different location is paid for entirely by the cardholder.
7. For services with more than 1 car, cost for additional car will be at the cardholder’s expense.
8. This service includes one baby seat; over and above, baby seats are charged at USD25 per seat to the cardholder.
9. Cancellation within 24 hours is 100% charged.
10. Amendments within 24 hours of the service time for any changes greater than 2 hours which is not the result of an airline delay will be considered a cancellation, and any rebooked trip will be at the cardholder’s expense.
11. Service is not available in any GCC country.
