As a Doha Bank Visa Signature Everyday Cashback Credit Cardholder, Purchase Protection allows you to breathe easy while making purchases, knowing you purchased items will be protected against theft or accidental damage.

Following are the terms and conditions of the purchase protection applicability:

  • Full payment of purchased items must be made with your Doha Bank Visa Signature Everyday Cashback Credit Card.
  • New item purchases only.
  • Coverage for a maximum of 365 days from date of purchase.
  • Maximum of 48 hours from date of incident to submit a claim.
  • Cardholder must report within 24 hours in case of theft.
