DOHA MILES is Doha Bank’s loyalty program which awards you with DOHA MILES when you use your Doha Bank debit or credit card.
You can redeem your DOHA MILES for Avios for a 1 to 1 exchange value.
1 Doha Mile is equal to 1 Avios.
For E.g. 10,000 DOHA MILES is equal to 10,000 Avios
(Minimum 2,000 DOHA MILES Required to transfer to Avios)
How to Access via Doha Bank Online Banking
You can view and redeem your DOHA MILES for Avios by simply logging on to your DBank Online account without the hassle of activating your DOHA MILES account.
A. DBank Online Account
- Log on to your DBank Online account.
- Click on DOHA MILES banner on your Accounts page which will routed you to “My Profile” tab.

B. DOHA MILES Website
Step 1: Visit www.dohamiles.com, click on ‘Activate’ and enter your Qatar National ID number, Mobile Number and Date of Birth. Successful validation of two of three information points will prompt a One Time Password (OTP) generation and will be sent to your registered mobile number and email address simultaneously.
Step 2: Input the One Time Password (OTP) received.
Step 3: Activate your account by setting up your login ID and password.
How to redeem DOHA MILES for Avios
- Log-In to your DOHA MILES account with your User ID and password or via your DBANK account.
- Choose Miles Exchange under redeem DOHA MILES menu.
- Select Qatar Airways to redeem your DOHA MILES.
- Enter you 9 digit Avios membership account number.
- Select the number of Avios you wish to convert from your DOHA MILES.
- A minimum of 2,000 DOHA MILES is required to convert to Avios.
- Click submit to complete the Miles Exchange.
- Your Avios will be credited within 5 business days with the requested number of DOHA MILES transferred.
