In the effort of enhancing your branch experience and to provide you with a better personalized service, we are pleased to inform you that we have now assigned 2 additional dedicated Corporate Service Centers for your convenience. In addition to our Head Office Branch and Grand Hamad cash center, our Industrial Area and Museum Branches will now be fully dedicated to your Over-the-Counter and other banking needs. These two new branches we will have an extended service hours till 05:00PM including Saturdays.
As part of this exciting development, we are pleased to inform you that we will also be issuing Corporate Deposit cards to all our corporate clients who do not currently have them. These cards will provide you with easy access to our Bulk Cash and Cheque Deposit machines (CCDM), enabling you to conveniently deposit large volumes of cash and cheques 24/7 in three strategic locations (Industrial Area, Museum, and Salwa Road Branch).
The Corporate Deposit cards are designed to streamline your banking transactions and offer several advantages. These cards will allow you to take advantage of our state-of-the-art deposit machines, which are equipped with advanced features for quick and secure deposits. With easier access, faster processing times, reduced queuing, and improved cash management, you can efficiently manage your corporate banking needs, saving you valuable time and effort.
Please note that the Corporate Deposit cards are exclusively designed for cash and cheque deposits only. They cannot be used for cash withdrawals or checking account balances. Your privacy and security are our top priorities, and our systems are equipped with robust security measures to safeguard your sensitive information. You may contact your dedicated relationship manager (RM) for the issuance of these cards.
In addition to the benefits of using the Corporate Deposit cards and the Bulk Cash and Cheque Deposit Machines, our new corporate centers will also offer specialized services tailored to the requirements of our valued corporate clients. Our dedicated team of Corporate Banking professionals will be available in those Service Centers to provide personalized assistance and support, ensuring that your corporate banking needs are met with the highest level of service.
As part of the transition, starting from 21st May 2023, Corporate Transactions will only be restricted to those 4 branches within Doha in addition to Salwa Road and other branches outside Doha (check below table). However, we assure you that our new corporate centers are fully equipped to provide you with the specialized services and convenience you require for your corporate banking needs.

A: The corporate centers will be providing all kinds of banking services related to corporate customers including but not limited to:
- Cash Deposits.
- Cash Withdrawals.
- Cheques Deposits.
- Cashing Cheque Withdrawals.
- Buying & Selling Foreign Currencies.
- Issuance of Manager Cheques.
- Issuance of Foreign Demand Drafts.
- Internal Fund Transfers. (From account to account).
- Local Funds Transfer.

- Account Maintenance.
- Services related to direct and indirect facilities.
A: There will be no changes to any of your bank account or IBAN numbers, debit / credit cards or online banking.
A: Maintenance of accounts will be done through home branches only nevertheless customers can visit any of the CSCs to submit their requests for any kind of services including the account maintenance activities.
A: Corporate Deposit cards are exclusively designed for cash and cheque deposits and will be issued to all corporate clients who do not currently have them. You can contact your dedicated relationship manager (RM) to request the issuance of these cards.
A: No, the Corporate Deposit cards are restricted to cash and cheque deposits only. You do not have to worry about cash withdrawals or revealing your account balances to the users of the cards and machines.
